Hi! We are Tim and Deb Schroeder and we are licensed real estate agents just like most of you here.
At this point in our career, we can look back and see just how much real estate has changed our lives and continues to do to this day.
Our success in the industry didn’t happen overnight and we know from experience that being a real estate agent isn’t easy. We had highs and lows, successes and failures.
Both Deb and I still remember the first day after we passed our real estate school exams and soon after received our real estate licenses. With the license in hand, we quickly realized there was a lot to learn as there is so much the course prep doesn’t cover and prepare you for.
With no income, no website, no leads, no clients, and basically no clue how to do real estate marketing, we knew there was a lot to learn. However, we both were driven to succeed in this industry and just had to go full steam ahead and learn all that we could.
Shortly after obtaining our licenses, the next steps and questions seemed endless, and finding the answers was a lot of effort and also included a lot of trial and error.
Figuring out how to set up a website with IDX, how to set up a real estate CRM, creating our first Facebook Ads, whether postcards work, where we can have postcards designed and published, brochure templates, business cards, etc.
I’m sure most of you have been there and it seems like many colleagues do not want to share their knowledge of this information as they are your “competition” and also some feel like they had to learn the hard way too.
However, we realize the importance of sharing, creating a community, and learning from one another as we are in a technology-driven market and our largest competitors have the deepest pockets and technology resources.
Here at Agent Marketing Essentials, our goal is to help you succeed by sharing everything we have learned and are still learning as successful real estate agents.
Through the use of our real estate marketing templates such as our open house flyers, real estate blog, and private Facebook Group, we hope that we will all share and create a community to help one another.
We also know the variety of marketing material that is used as well as the time and money it can take for professional designs. We wanted to provide custom solutions for other agents to help them elevate their business to the next level but at an affordable cost. Finding quality material and templates has always been a challenge, and we wanted to provide essential marketing material that often isn’t provided to fellow agents.
As Real Estate professionals, we can support one another, save time, and close more deals. We hope that our time-saving templates and our private real estate forum will help you gain more leads, listings, and lasting impressions.
Whether you’re a newly licensed agent or have had your license for 20 years, there’s something here for you on Agent Marketing Essentials.
