- Next, you will need to take an elective course.
There are dozens of options to choose from based on skills you feel you need to improve on or the niche you want to work in.
For example, you could take a course on either military relocation or marketing to seniors. If you feel your skills need freshening up, you could opt for a course like business planning or listing strategies.
You must complete both the SRS Designation course and the elective within two years.
- In addition to the coursework, you must also be able to show that you have completed three transactions where you represented the seller before you can be awarded this designation.
